Refund policy

At Veltrona, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Damaged or used items are not eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake was from our side.
